General conditions of sale

These General Terms of Use, called “CGU”, are a contract concluded between the user (You) and Ask for the Moon (Us). They are applicable as soon as they are accepted when creating the user account.

You

are a natural or legal person over the age of 13 who uses Ask for the Moon services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Your Organization

is a legal person of which you are a member, a client of Ask for the Moon.

Your colleagues

are the natural persons who have access to your Organization's Ask for the Moon platform. To have access to it, a person must have an email account from your organization or have been invited by a colleague.

The CNIL

or Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, is there to inform you and protect you on the use of your personal data in particular. In case of need, or problem, go to their site cnil.fr.

Contract between You and Us

The use of our Services, including the use of our platform, implies the full and complete acceptance of these terms and conditions.

You are solely responsible for verifying your right and capacity to accept these terms and conditions.

The right to use our Services may not be marketed or transferred, is not exclusive, is revocable, and limited only to the uses described here.

As long as you use our Services, these Terms of Use are effective. To stop using our Services, you must delete your personal account (and therefore all your data). Erase

Intellectual property

You are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights and you alone have the rights to use the questions, answers, keywords (tags), users and profiles.

Ask for the Moon is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights and alone holds the rights to use the aggregated tags, the aggregation constituting an inseparable whole, user feedback, elements of its identity (name, logo, colors...) and the technologies used (client applications, web services and APIs, codes and algorithms...) and the technologies used (client applications, web services and APIs, codes and algorithms...).

You authorize Ask for the Moon to broadcast your identity (Logo, name, graphic identity), of which you remain the owner, on the Ask for the Moon platform as well as on the communication media necessary for this use throughout the duration of use of the services.
