Your Organization

is a legal person of which you are a member, a client of Ask for the Moon.

Your colleagues

are the natural persons who have access to your Organization's Ask for the Moon platform. To have access to it, a person must have an email account from your organization or have been invited by a colleague.

The CNIL

or Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés, is there to inform you and protect you on the use of your personal data in particular. In case of need, or problem, go to their site cnil.fr.

Multiple organizations?

For each Organization, we manufacture an independent and waterproof Ask for the Moon. So maybe you have multiple organizations. Between each one, your Profile Data is completely separated.

To simplify this Charter, we are talking about only one organization here.

Profile Data

Your photos, your full name, your role in the Organization and your contact information: emails, telephones, addresses, social networks...

We use Sendinblue to send this information by email.

We also access this Data to respond to your support requests and to moderate, protect, and improve Ask for the Moon.

How do they get there?

We secure your Data thanks to SSL encryption.

On our Servers, as well as on the devices of users who have access to your organization, your Profile Data is not encrypted. This means, for example, that if one of your Colleagues has their phone stolen, your Profile Data may be accessible.

We therefore ask you not to share on Ask for the Moon any Data that is sensitive, private, threatening, or dangerous for you or anyone else.
