All our offers are valid for a minimum commitment of 12 months, with payment upon order.

If you need additional Assistants, Answers, or Expert Accesses, we offer the following add-ons:

• 5,000 additional answers (from the STANDARD offer): €800/month

• 1 additional Expert access (from the STANDARD offer): €90/month

• 1 additional assistant (from the PREMIUM offer): €1,600/month

• Collaborative: Where chatbots only address knowledge that is already documented, Ask for the Moon also promotes exchanges between colleagues and collaboration to capture tacit knowledge and break down silos.

A dedicated Operations Engineer supports you throughout the deployment and launch of the solution. After an initial contact, we will give you access to your platform. You will then be trained in its use and configuration. Once the platform is configured according to your needs, we support you to prepare communication and launch with employees.

By default, the data is stored on our Microsoft Azure servers in Paris. Depending on your needs, adapted deployments (On Prem, Private Cloud) can be considered. See our offers to find out more.
