This Tuesday, May 27th, Ludivine Lucas, our Product Manager, spoke during a webinar organized in collaboration with the ProKnow club.
It was an opportunity to highlight the main use cases observed among our clients, illustrated with product demonstrations.
The challenges of sharing expertise
We began the webinar with a clear observation: expertise remains too often siloed within organizations.
The result: time wasted by everyone, recurring errors, and lost know-how.
It also leads to frustration at every level of the organization:
