On Thursday, April 17th, our AI expert Riccardo Cocci gave our first public live demonstration of our AI Assistants.
It was an opportunity to see how our product works for both business experts and employees, using a concrete use case.
Easily share expertise
We start the webinar by stepping into the shoes of an expert: Paul. Paul is a Sanitation TechnicalLead. The design office engineers turn to him whenever they have questions following client requests.
But today:
- He is always asked the same questions
- No one reads the documents he provides
- He has to solve problems that could have been avoided
In the first part of the webinar, you will see how Paul can create his own AI Assistant in just a few clicks using his own sources—including ASN guides. He then publishes this AI Assistant to effortlessly share his expertise with all his colleagues. To see how this works within the product, watch the webinar replay.
The result: He saves time and stops repeating himself, all while maintaining control over the shared knowledge and remaining recognized for his expertise.
Access know-how quickly
The second part of the webinar focuses on the employee experience when they have questions. We’ll step into the shoes of Max, a young design office engineer tasked with meeting a client's specifications for a building sanitation study.
The problem:
- He doesn't necessarily know where to look for answers to his questions.
- He doesn't necessarily know who to ask.
- The reference guides are long and complex, leaving room for misinterpretation.
This is where the Assistant previously created by Paul comes in: the young engineer can get quick, reliable, and sourced answers to his questions. And when the answer isn't in the documents provided by Paul, Max is directly connected with the right colleagues for help.
The result: He saves time, avoids mistakes, and builds his skills on the subject.
